At Boss Bison Ranch we strive to deliver the highest quality products in the most efficient manner possible. We DO NOT accept returns on products. We strive for 100% customer satisfaction from square one, but also cannot accept liability for shipping and receiving difficulties.
You are ordering a fresh frozen perishable product. We will work with you to provide the best possible purchase experience. Products are shipped Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday based on destination in order to avoid extended time in heated storage facilities or extended transit times.
Always ensure that packages will be delivered on a day that someone is home to receive them or communicate with the company what the best arrangements to receive your products will be at info@bossbisonranch.com.
Do not leave notes for delivery carriers as this can result in your order being returned to a warehouse for an extended period of time. Boss Bison Ranch is not liable for shipping and carrier delays.
